- Frequently Made Mistakes
- Templates. Please only use the memorial and the people template. Events do not go under the event template (choose memorial and then choose commemorative event as memorial type). The place template should only be used for places that are significant but aren’t memorials
- Dublin core class. Only use this for people (agent). Do not use this on the memorial template.
- Titles. Please refer to the data dictionary and memorial templates on how to properly format titles for different item types
- Images. Please add images and make sure to put them in media (not just thumbnail)
- Historical Periods. Please add historical periods for date installed and date modified for memorials and only significant periods for people (such as when they worked for your university or was active in their work)
- Sites. Please add all your items to your individual spoke site and to the legacy hub dev site
- make sure to show how to batch this.
